1. Services
Rahul Kushwaha ("I", "we") provides web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services to clients ("you") as agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts.
The scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the final deliverable is handed over.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable submission.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable time (typically 3–5 business days)
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content you provide
- Make payments as agreed in the project proposal
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final website design and code delivered for your project. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. The deposit is non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
